For those who are interested in growing their family or creating legal security, we offer adoption filing assistance including second parent and step-parent adoptions. We can also offer assistance to people who need to finalize legal adoption or foster-parent situations.

DIVORCES

If you and your spouse are contemplating divorce, we can assist you with the process. We offer services for couples who are interested in pursuing an uncontested divorce where no children are involved. 

ESTATE PLANNING

Our staff attorneys are experienced in creating estate planning documents in order to protect your future or settle your affairs. These services include wills, advanced directives, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
